YOU’RE INVITED!
The Psychiatric Society of Virginia invites your organization to engage with Virginia’s psychiatric leaders at the 2026 Fall Meeting. Industry participation plays an essential role in the success of this event and reflects a shared commitment to advancing patient care.
The program features dedicated exhibit hours to encourage meaningful conversations with attendees.
Expected attendance: 75 to 100 practicing psychiatrists.
Exhibit Space
Exhibits will be located in the James River Ballroom: PSV 2026 Fall Meeting Exhibit Hall Floor Plan 6-2-2026
Tabletop Exhibit: 6 ft table and two chairs
- Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. PSV cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
- PSV reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit tables if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change

Letter of Agreement
Agreements are being accepted for the 2026 Fall Meeting. To secure your exhibit table, program ad, and/or sponsorship, complete the online Letter of Agreement.
Payment is due in full when the Agreement is submitted.
- To pay by credit card, fill in the payment details of the Agreement.
- To pay by check, mark “check” as the payment method on the Agreement. Make the check payable to Psychiatric Society of Virginia and mail the check to PSV, Attn: Dana Gibson, 2209 Dickens Road, Richmond, Virginia 23230.
- To pay by ACH, mark “check” as the payment method on the Agreement and request the bank payment details from Dana Gibson [email protected]

Exhibitor Badges
Exhibitor badge names are due by September 15, 2026. Badges included with exhibit packages:

Exhibit badges should be submitted by exhibitors using the Client Portal (login required). Additional badges can be purchased by exhibitors through the portal as well. The badge fee is $150/badge.

BOOK INSIDE THE OFFICIAL ROOM BLOCK:
To receive our contracted rate and onsite support, you must book your room through the official conference block using the link or phone number provided on the website and Meeting Guide. The group rate is available until the cutoff date for group reservations or when the official room block is full, whichever occurs first. Reservations made through third-party sites are not connected to our block. If a guest who booked outside the block is relocated by the hotel because of an oversell, we cannot assist with the relocation or any related costs. Benefits tied to the block such as rate protection and complimentary Wi-Fi may not apply.
