Virginia Psychiatric Foundation Needs Your Donation

Dear Fellow Psychiatrists,
I know we have several options for donating our money for the right causes. The PSV Foundation is one great option. First of all, this is a 501(c)3 arm of PSV, which is tax exempt, so your donations are tax deductible. Secondly, through the Foundation, we sponsor several mental health awareness and educational programs throughout the year. One of the main projects of the Foundation is poster presentations by the Psychiatry residents, medical students and faculty. This is such a great project that, at a state level, we are able to generate interest in research and learning in our young psychiatrists. Most of the alumni have a huge fund dedicated to their Foundations, mainly through generous donations by their members.
